**Responsibilities**:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.

Follow communication scripts to address various tax-related topics.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the call center database.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and performance in tax-related matters.

Meet qualitative and quantitative targets set by the team and company.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is desirable.

Basic knowledge of tax-related matters or willingness to undergo training in this area.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
