Responsable del Análisis del MRP
- Es Responsable de la emision, envio y seguimiento a Órdenes de compra de Material Directo
- Es Responsable de la utilización adecuada de las herramientas WORKBENCH y/o reporte de MIN-MAX.
- Es responsable de llevar la confirmación “Vendor acknowledgment” de las órdenes de compra. En la cual se asegura que los precios, Fechas de Entrega y Revisión sean las correctas, en caso de no cumplir con estas se le informa al proveedor vía correo Electrónico para su corrección

- Responsable del mantenimiento (limpieza) a vencimiento de facturas dentro de la base de datos ACS.

Coordinar con aduanas y almacen el recibo a tiempo de materias primas

Responsable del cumplimiento con el procedimiento de escalación definido por el área de Sourcing Corporativo GDC-OP-012

Responsable de seguimietno a cancelaciones, expeditaciones y/o recalendarizaciones sugeridas por el sistema Oracle para su posterior actualización en la orden de compra (Oracle).

Emision y control de BPA

Generación de estrategias con proveedores para asegurar la disponibilidad de material
- Es Responsable de la elaboración del Check out Sheet cuando así sea requerido (materia prima)
- Es Responsable de trabajar en coordinación con el commodity manager para seguimiento cuando así sea solicitado, de acciones correctivas emitidas a proveedores.
- Es Responsable de notificar al scheduler de Producción los cortos de materia prima y fechas compromiso basado en el análisis de WCP/SIOP.
- Es responsable de la gestión y control de inventarios de Materia prima tanto en planta Tecate como SOMI.
- Es responsable de solicitar autorización a la Gerencia de Materiales para la expeditar por aire o tierra cualquier material que representan un riesgo de cumplimiento a los requerimientos del cliente, el cual Schlage de México será responsable del pago (cuando aplique) PFA: Premium Freight Approval.

Administración del presupuesto controlando los fletes relacionados con materia prima
- Es responsable de la gestión y control de inventarios de Materia prima tanto en planta Tecate como SOMI.

Responsable de liderear proyectos de reduccion de Inventario.

Responsable del mantenimiento y gestion de Atributos para material directo en Oracle

Responsable de la Emision y seguimiento de SDP asi como acciones resultantes de dicha evaluacion

Responsable de solicitud de Aprobación para “Risk Buy Request or Letter of Authorization (LOA) Form.”

Resposable de Seguimietno a Desviaciones internas (materia Prima)
