- Supports the setup, release and processing of new part numbers, bill of materials changes and deviations in the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) System
- Supports the release of CAD Data
- Ensure predefined Engineering Changes process are deployed and provides training for the Team
- Conduct data analysis and perform reports for the proper release of new items and/or new revision updates in the ERP System
- Works with multi-functional teams to drive the closure of open PLM and ERP System activities
- Supports the Project Design Lead with NPDI project documentation and health & safety.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) through systems and processes to ensure timely completion
- Creates SKU part numbers in the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) System
- Keep track of all the Engineering Change Orders that are generated on each of the NPDI Projects
- Generate and analyze reports of the ERP System open tasks and works with the stakeholders for its completion
- Creates engineering documentation for the Project Design Lead such as, but not limited to, project deliverables, FMEA, PLM Raw Materials reports, etc.
- Audit ECO information to ensure documentation such as PVZ, CAD files and documents are properly uploaded and set up

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3+ years technical, product/service, documentation management or directly related experience.
- Excellent communications skills - written & verbal
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project-management skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Strong analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in use of MS Office Software - such as PowerPoint, EXCEL, and Word
- Fluency in English required (read, write, and speak)
