**_ Process Developer - Data Engineering_**

**_ _**

**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Support the Operations Team through various deliverables, including metrics, productivity targets, FTE sizing, dashboards, automation opportunities, and ad hoc reporting._**

**_ _**

**_Collaborate with Operational Leaders to meet contractual targets and provide required data for deliverables such as RFPs, scope additions, and controls._**

**_ _**

**_Identify automation opportunities within operational processes._**

**_ _**

**_Manage multiple projects and track status through reporting._**

**_ _**

**_Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and quality._**

**_ _**

**_Develop strategies to transform reporting using automation tools._**

**_ _**

**_Minimum Qualifications_**

**_Advanced Excel skills._**_._**

**_Ability to interact directly with clients._**

**_Experience in building digital dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik._**
