**Responsibilities**
- Posts jobs online.
- Schedule interviews
- Create and manage reports.
- Conduct weekly accountability calls with customers (English and Spanish).
- Represent Más Vale Saber with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, positivity, and customer service in every interaction (internal and external), to develop genuine relationships and inspire trust in the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications and Specs**
- Over 6 months of work experience in Human Resources.
- Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related degree (Graduate desirable)
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Computer with 8GB RAM, i5/Ryzen 5 processor processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum.
