**Role purpose **_Business partnering of the relevant business team._

**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Review, report and challenge business information of the relevant WPB product.
- Forecasting projections
- Participation and advisory in terms of product pricing (campaigns / new products)
- Analysis and value added to support financial decision making
- Support in terms of new initiatives implementation for the area and the business
- Trends and variations analysis. Significant deviations are to be understood and addressed.
- Senior management advisory

**Leadership & Teamwork**
- Side to side work alongside the business teams.

Teamwork and liason with the offshore team to create efficiencies and synergies.
- **Functional Knowledge**
- Finance, Economics, Actuary and related areas. Understanding of local and IFRS accounting rules
- Financial analysis, planning and capital management. Strong numeric and problem solving skills
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Office (Word, Excel)
