Unete a nuestro equipo de trabajo **Responsabilidades**: Coordinación de todas las actividades de QA y QC de la planta "Gestión de las actividades de planificación de calidad para NPI y producción en masa para asegurar APQP robustos y procesos de producción en masa Gestión de inspectores IQC/IPQC/OQC, proporcionando orientación y formación Definición de sistemas de medición adecuados para el propósito y definición de plantilla / accesorio / equipo de prueba para lograr los objetivos de calidad Coordinación de MSA y Gestión de Calibración de Sistemas de Medición Implementación y actualización del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de la Compañía según ISO9001:2015 Gestión de no conformidades según 8D metodología Propuesta de asignación presupuestaria CAPEX y OPEX de actividades de QA Coordinación de Auditorías Internas y Externas (Sistema / Proceso / Producto) Coordinación de auditorías y actividades 5S Actividades de mejora continua para reducir las variaciones del proceso y aumentar la eficiencia Ejecución de las actividades de SQE, proporcionando cuadros de mando de calidad para la cadena de suministro de la Compañía Gestión de actividades de calidad legal/regulatoria (por ejemplo, cumplimiento de UL) "Generación de PQ (Performance Qualification) para jig/fixture de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos. **Requisitos**: Auditor certificado ISO9001:2015 **Conocimiento ISO19011**: 2018 Licenciatura en ingeniería o superior Experiência en negocios de fabricación de alto mix y bajo volumen Conocimiento y experiência comprobados de control de calidad Conocimiento en softwares QMS Conocimiento de sistemas de medición y MSA Idioma inglés Capacidad para trabajar con sistemas MÉTRICOS e IMPERIALES Capacidades de gestión de proyectos Conocimiento de Minitab Uso de herramientas de TI como computadora y paquete de Microsoft Office
