**Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Lead TA to help the SEN Dept within a Mainstream Secondary School.**

**_Are you looking for a fresh start? Are you strong with your behaviour management?_**

**_ Are you a natural Team Leader?_**

**_ High Daily rate?_**

**_ 120 - 180 per day_**

**_ I want to hear from you today _**

**A track record of delivering & leading a team of SEN TAs.**

**Daily Tasks will include**:

- **Leading SEN TA's within the Mainstream SEN Dept**:

- **Sole focus on delivering high quality intervention sessions**:

- **Sit in on SLT Team Meetings**:

- **Available PPA allotted time**

**- Opportunity of progression - to SLT Leader**
- **Creating 1:1 Support Sessions with challenging learners**

**Please see below the credentials we are looking for**:

- Previous experience working within a a SEN Dept
- Track record of taking up a leadership role within a School
- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties - SEN
- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
