**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional with a robust background in automating and streamlining financial processes. Expert in executing comprehensive financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to strategically support business plans. Takes on the responsibility for developing insightful analysis and projections, alongside managing automation projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
- Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations.
- Develops P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
- Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins.
- Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
- Audits financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
- Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University degree (Accounting, Finance or similar) with 7 years experience in a related position **OR** post-graduate degree with 5 years experience in a related position.
- Advanced level of conversational English.
- Experience working with financial models and analysis software.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.
- Advanced Excel level.
- SAP and HFM experience.
