Banking Analyst responsibilities include reconciliation account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Analyst combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Analyst duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of accounting task realated to banks. **¿Detailed Job Description?**: Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports Reviews Bank Reconciliations, track items in bank reconciliations abd Accounting records requested. Reviews and approval of accounting records prepared by offshore team. Tracking of Journal Entries send to book on file named "ADI's Control" Signing of reconciliations in MARC, BSMCL, Filling the layout to load information in Exception Report tool. Reconciliation prepares in People Soft Corporate Tool. Quarterly Finantial Analyze of Balance Sheet Variance Explanations Assigning and record of Virtual Accounts to clients from Mexico entities. Documents financials transactions by entering account information. Recommends financials actions by analyzing accounting options. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Answers accounting procedures questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. Complies with federal state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends. **¿What you need to have?**: **Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the General Accepted Accounting.**: Hands-om experience with accounting software like Oracle E-Business Suite. Deep understanding of current operation with no lack of performance. General Ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Financial reporting requirements. Working with multiple legal entities under different umbrellas. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in accounting. Bachelor's degree in accounting.
