About the Job

As an Agent Front Office you will be Responsible for the Check in and Check out of our guests according to our established standards by One&Only Mandarina. Develop a team working environment to offer a service according to the highest quality standards our guest deserve.

About You
- Male /Female
- Bachelor in tourism or administration
- Experience 1 year as a minimum in guest services positions
- General knowledge about concierge operations
- Fluent english reading/ spoken
- Great communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Work under pressure skills
