**Supply Chain Manager**
- Desirable experienced/ specialized in têxtile value chain or automotive sector

Create sustained competitive differentiation (more profitability, more growth) for the company through impeccable management of the supply chain or network (Supply, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Warehouse and others) through leadership, high focus on execution ,methodologies such as End to End optimization and continuous improvement, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) and can other sets of solid methods that undoubtedly allow us to meet the requirements of the client and all internal stakeholders with excellence and external and thereby ensure the growth and prosperity of the company

Among other things, it must achieve a schematic holistic understanding (Value Chain) of the fine interrelationships between customers and their present and future needs with the areas of sales, production, finance, and in general the entire company, since we all participate with a percentage of value and for this reason it must have a clear and documented panorama of the interdependencies to find and execute the actions that add more value to the customers.

Supply and purchases

You will create and implement strategies, quality management practices, process improvements, design and development, and cost reduction capabilities, etc. To achieve a competitive advantage through the acquisition and purchase of supplies and materials for the company

Logistics and Transportation

Strengthen and create highly efficient and effective management processes to deliver the product to the customer in the right place and at the right time, mainly through impeccable logistics transportation, storage and customer service, among others. It will always seek to reduce costs in the distribution of products, deliver products to customers in the shortest possible time, implement or reinforce the company's warehouse management systems and improve the relationship with customers.

It should enhance the speed of reception and delivery, cost reduction, optimization of the available volume based on forecast, minimization of handling and transport operations, among others.

Customer service

Placing POs, providing solutions to customer concerns, finding supply chain weaknesses and notifying them, integrating customer service with order entry systems, executing due procedures to measure customer satisfaction, negotiating of delivery dates, prices, rejections and delivery conditions

For all deliverables and activities you must create and report on a series of KPIs and key progress indicators

KNOWLEDGE
- Verifiable experience in the processes and deliverables described in the job description of at least ten years in a plant
- Knowledge of the têxtile value chain or specialized and desirable raw materials from the automotive sector
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- End-to-end optimization
- Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP)

Desirable APICS certification**
- Project management methodologies and project management software
- Process reengineering
- Basic finances
- High level of corporate communication

EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar function in the plant, preferably in the têxtile or automotive industry
