**What will you be doing?**
- Utilize client's proprietary freight management technology platform to support daily business operations.
- Oversee assigned freight, from pickup to delivery, providing real-time information to all stakeholders.
- Provide superior customer service to carriers.
- Participate in and contribute professionally to weekly team/company meetings.
- Uphold Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Metrics

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- Fluent English Skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

**Schedules**:
Saturday to Monday 03:00 - 16:00

Monday to Friday 12:00 - 21:00
