Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Law Firms

We look for Bilingual Virtual Assistants to work with U.S law firms. That can provide support to their daily operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Appointments Scheduling.
- Communicate with clients through SMS, E-mails, and phone calls.
- Qualify prospective clients for (Law Firm) through interviews over the phone.
- Manage paperwork necessary including documents retrieval, signing, and filing forms.
- Data Entry.
- Administrative assistance
- Calling Incoming Leads
- Lead Intake and Screening

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Great Time Management
- BPO experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite.
- Full work from home setup

**What we offer**
- Starting hourly rate of $5-$7/hour (Based on skills and Experience)
- Performance merit increase after 6 months of employment
- Internet subsidy after 3 months of employment
