We’re looking for a **Senior Software Engineer (Python + AI)** to join an industry-leading company that builds management software for health and wellness professionals. Their platform helps practitioners run their businesses with ease through features like AutoPay, online booking, Telehealth, and customizable documentation — all in one secure, smart, and simple tool.

You’ll play a key role in building the systems and tools that power their AI and ML capabilities — designing scalable, reliable solutions and contributing to the **technical vision** of the ML Platform. This role blends creative problem-solving with hands-on development and close collaboration with Product, AI, and Engineering teams.

**Salary**: Up to MXN 210,000/month

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience as a **Software Engineer (Senior level)**
- Strong proficiency in **Python**
- Excellent communication skills in English **(required)**
- Solid background in **Machine Learning** or **LLMs**, including end-to-end workflows (from ideation and prototyping to deployment)
- Proven experience designing and implementing **data pipelines** and tooling for ML
- Experience deploying models and managing infrastructure in **AWS** or similar cloud platforms
- Based in **CDMX, Mexico**

**Nice to have**

- Experience with **RAG architecture** or other LLM design patterns
- Knowledge of **pythonic asynchronous tools** like Celery
- Exposure to **Outerbounds** or similar ML orchestration platforms
- Understanding of **Argo Flows** for CI/CD
- Familiarity with **Kubernetes** for container orchestration
