**Objetivo**:
- Gestionar y ejecutar el programa de verificacion y calibracion para los equipos de medicion y prueba, asi como su correcto estado y manteniminento. Monitoreo y gestion de la mejora de calidad dimensional de los productos a traves de un correcto seguimiento de mediciones y analisis de reportes, incluyendo el seguimiento de dispositivos de medicion y la gestion de equipos para nuevos proyectos.
**Principales Actividades**:
- Definicion, cumplimiento y mejora del programa de calibracion de los equipos de medicion y prueba de planta
- Definicion, cumplimiento y mejora al programa de medicion en CMM de los productos manufacturados en planta.
- Analisis dimensional en base a reportes de medicion para gestionar la mejora continua en los productos.
- Creacion de nuevos programas de medicion con el uso de software en maquinas de coordenas y equipos de torque.
- Verificacion y ajuste de dispositivos de ensamble y equipos de medicion, segun sea requerido y en alcance.
- Realizacion de estudios MSA y analisis de capacidad de proceso, analisis Cmk.
- Revision y soporte en juntas con cliente para temas dimensionales y de pruebas
- Administracion y seguimiento a programa de verificacion de pistolas de torque.
- Coordinacion y seguimiento al proceso de liberacion de dispositivos de nuevos proyectos.
- Coordinacion de actividades de laboratorio para nuevos proyectos durante la fase de lanzamiento
- Elaboracion y seguimiento de solicitudes de compra para calibraciones externas y material de laboratorio.
- Realizacion de proceso de homologacion con clientes y proveedores
**Requisitos**:
- Ing. Industrial / Ing. Mecanica o carrera técnica afin
- Entrenamiento en técnicas estadisticas, MSA, GD&T, Pcdmis
- Habilidad en administracion de equipos de medicion, experiência en laboratorios de metrologia dimensional (sector automotriz deseable) incluyendo el analisis dimensional y gestion de la mejora continua.
- Experiência interpretando normas(ISO 17025,IATF 16949,VDA) y homologacion con cliente
- Experiência administrando y controlando presupuestos de laboratorios
- Conocimientos en ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
