**Misión de la posición**:
Be the co-pilot of the market BEO, supporting strategy and key business decisions with financial insight and analysis taking into account the internal and external environment, always challenging the status quo. Ensure reliability of financial reporting and internal control.
**Responsabilidades**:
1. Ensure the measurement and monitoring of business performance indicators, provide visibility of financial information to serve as a basis for decision making, identification of risks and opportunities.
2.Lead the planning processes (DF and MBS) with all the involved areas ensuring forecast reliability and gap analysis.
3. Ensure accurate, transparent and timely financial reporting in accordance with internal (NAS), corporate and/or legal guidelines. Ensure tax compliance.
4. Ensure compliance with the control framework according to HQ guidelines. Promote a culture of internal control with all areas of the business.
5. Define the appropriate structure for finance in the market. Develop a qualified and motivated team.
6. Process improvement in conjunction with NiM, other areas, HQ F&C, NBS, ensuring implementation of changes, leading simplicity and efficiency in everything we do to support value creation.
7. Decision Support. Provide an objective and holistic point of view in the decision making process. Lead the different business areas to develop the business, achieve objectives and promote excellence over time.
8. Actively participate in special projects to generate growth or efficiency. E.g. New RTM, M&A, Efficiencies.
