**Job Details**
**How you will do it?**:

- **Provides technical support to internal functions - Design engineering and Manufacturing plant**:

- **Understands the products, suggesting improvements back to group.**:

- **Assists with ECNs, design revisions, factory support, updating submittal drawings.**:

- **Is the link between Design Engineering and Production plant in the custom chillers implementation**:

- **Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re-occurring field issues.**:

- **Works closely with Local engineers helping to share existing product information, providing technical support and guidance.**:

- **Follow up Design Quality KPIs.**:

- **Creates/modifies mechanical drawings/parts in CAD system CREO.**:
**The Sustaining Engineer supports released custom design work for chiller solutions products, acts as a technical resource between design and manufacturing plant. The Sustaining Engineer provides direct daily support to production by focusing on 3D models, bill of materials, and other mechanical-related tasks.**:
