**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of VoLTE analytics solutions that effectively monitor and analyze end-to-end service performance.
- Provide technical expertise and documentation when it comes to delivery of key technical metrics and counters associated with VoLTE QoE.
- Provide guidance on data aggregation and interpretation.
- Work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering and Data Visualisation teams and provide technical engineering guidance.
- Represent the end costumer perspective and drive solution usability and UX.
- Provide guidelines on automating root cause analysis to pinpoint issues across various network segments, including Device, RAN, Transport, PS Core, and IMS.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify and diagnose performance bottlenecks and quality issues in the VoLTE service.
- Utilize advanced analytics to understand the underlying causes of issues and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Engage with external clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present complex technical information and project outcomes in a clear and comprehensible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Document the solution with a user guide and troubleshooting steps.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile network operations, with a strong focus on IP voice services and VoLTE but not excluding data services
- Deep understanding of mobile network architecture, specifically VoLTE and IP voice services.
- Good understanding of mobile network protocols and error codes
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Capable of conducting comprehensive system analyses and making data-driven decisions to solve complex technical issues.
- Proven track record in system/network troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Experience with data management, analytics, and machine learning algorithms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong team player with a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
