**What you will do**
- Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to support data-driven decision-making;
- Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis;
- Analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders;
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and optimize data solutions;
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and analytics;
- Publish and manage Tableau dashboards on the Tableau Server for seamless access and sharing;
- Work with Power BI as needed to enhance reporting capabilities.
**Must haves**
- **+3 years** of experience in **Business Intelligence / Analyst roles**;
- **Tableau Server/Cloud**: Advanced skills in building dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting;
- **Data Storytelling**: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders;
- **SQL**: Expertise in querying databases to prepare datasets for visualization tools;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
