You support our team as ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK **Responsibilities**: - Ensures that all customer invoicing, both electronic and manual, is recorded in a timely manner. - Keep customers informed about the integration of receivables with the company. - Report accounts receivable integration to sales team. - Prepare and send weekly and monthly financial and management reports. - Prepare accounts receivable reconciliation process with intercompany on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. - Verifies documents and approves customer registration in SAP - Attend internal and external audits. - credit notes applicable to invoices for warranty or promotion. - Carry out an evaluation of clients to increase the credit limit with the Credit Safe insurer **Qualifications**: - Accounting, Finance - Areas of knowledge and desirable previous experience: AP/AR - Speaking English The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
