Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Program Manager located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Director, the Program Manager will be Lead the execution of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction.

PM is responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.

As the owner of the account in the site, the PM focus is on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.

Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFT.

What a typical day looks like:

- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc..
- Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues_._

- Experience managing multiple clients.
- Experience with personnel in charge.
- Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in P&L reports.
- Experience with CFT.
- Experience with demanding clients.
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office (Excel & PP).
- Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization.
- Well organized & disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively.
