**Site Manager - Proyectos Fotovoltaicos y Subestaciones**

**Ubicación**:Saltillo.

Se busca Site Manager para liderar las actividades en sitio de proyectos fotovoltaicos y de subestaciones eléctricas en Saltillo, Coahuila. La posición requiere una persona con conocimientos técnicos sólidos y experiência comprobable en ambos ámbitos, capaz de dirigir, coordinar y supervisar al personal de campo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, seguridad, tiempo y costo del proyecto.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Dirigir y coordinar las actividades diarias del personal técnico, supervisores y contratistas en obra.
- Supervisar la ejecución de los trabajos de instalación, montaje, conexión y pruebas en plantas fotovoltaicas y subestaciones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad industrial, medio ambiente y calidad establecidos por la empresa y el cliente.
- Coordinar la logística, materiales y recursos necesarios para las diferentes fases del proyecto.
- Verificar avances físicos de obra, reportar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Mantener comunicación constante con la gerencia de proyecto y demás áreas involucradas.
- Liderar reuniones de seguimiento, control de avances y revisión de cumplimiento de metas.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electromecánica o afín.
- Experiência comprobable en proyectos **fotovoltaicos y subestaciones eléctricas**.
- Conocimientos en normas técnicas aplicables y manejo de planos eléctricos.
- Habilidad para la gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en **Saltillo, Coahuila**.
- Liderazgo, proactividad y enfoque en resultados.
