**SUBDIRECTOR DE PRODUCTOS**

Job Profile

The User Design role holder will enhance customer satisfaction by improving the usefulness, usability, ease of use, and engagement in the interaction between the customer and the product (e.g. Telephone banking, Automated Teller Machines etc.)

This role will carry out some of the following activities:

- Lead strategically beyond the bounds of software, to provide direction for the product at both the organisational and service design level
- Lead collaboration with Business stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner) to architect the user design solution
- Lead collaboration with Business stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner) to facilitate and participate in inception workshops to create a shared understanding of user needs and the potential technology solution required to deliver to these needs
- Lead collaboration with Business stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner) to set the vision and internalise the trade offs between business strategy, technology, and customer experience
- Lead research efforts the customer from many perspectives, looking to reveal underlying challenges and opportunities
- Use scientific methods and evidence to build deep understanding and empathy for customers
- Lead the testing of ideas and look for opportunities for innovation by observing peoples' interactions and experiences with products and services, either in a usability lab, or out in their environment
- Oversee designs content and data presentation, to suggest behaviours and encourage interactions, and express intention via typography and hierarchy, structure and colour, visual language, and imagery
- Provide creative direction, develop style guides, and produce graphic assets
- Oversee designs interactions by organising content and functionality in support of user goals, guided by user behaviour and principles of Information Architecture

Job Context

he Deputy Director of Products reports directly to the Director of Products. He has the leadership to coordinate projects with various areas of the bank to enable the correct execution of new debit card services, developments and improvements.

Knowledge & Experience / Job Qualifications
- Careers related to technology and/or economic-administrative. - Experience in personal banking, areas of Credit, Debit and systems - Experience in technological development. - Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in the English language - Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodology - Knowledge of Core and Leap - Wide command of Office tools (Excel, Power Point). - Communication skills and interpersonal relationships. - Creative capacity.
