The opportunity
Our Information Management department. is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Mexico to support obtaining real estate rights and permits for an expanding project.
We are looking for our Land and Permit Database Analyst who has knowledge and experience in database analysis to create, update and maintain the information generated by the Land and Permit teams, for the execution of linear projects. of great magnitude related to the transportation of Hydrocarbons by pipelines.
**Responsibilities**:
As Database Analyst, the profile of a bachelor’s degree, Administrative Career or Engineering with 3 years of verifiable minimum experience is required.
- Design, creation, and maintenance of specialized databases for the release of real estate rights.
- Optimization and standardization of information.
- Analysis and identification of all the conditions applied to the permits obtained.
- Support to the areas for data management, and the quality of the master data requirements to guarantee its functionality.
- Identification and reporting of the expiration dates of the contracts obtained in the project.
- Budget control of land teams.
- Discovery and interpretation of significant patterns in the data (payment deviations, contracts expirations, temporary expirations, identification of supports) for optimal decision making.
- In charge of preparing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports for management and direction
- Punctual attention to detail and ability to intuitively identify data problems.
- Analysis to implement improvements to processes and information management
- DBA Administrator (Data Base Languages (DDL, DML), Database Managers).
- Database Modeling and Development (Modeling Languages, UML, Standardization).
- Use of Reporting Tools - Power Bi / DAX.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in data science or related areas.
- 3 years of minimum experience.
- Availability of change of residence.
- Excellent attitude, aptitude, and interpersonal relationships.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Demonstrate collaboration, organization, and planning
- Proactivity and service attitude
Preferred qualifications
- Intermediate English level
- Power Platform (Power Automate and Power APPs)
- Database languages, Java, Python, Power shell, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access.
