Currently we are looking for our next: SSC Accounts Receivables Mexico & CARICAM

**Which is the main objective of this role?**
- This position is responsible for PMF & CARICAM ensuring Accounts Receivables accounting, bad debt calculations and Cash Flow Reporting as main services. Also responsible to deliver SLA & End Closing on time, as well as accounting matters. Leading a team with 28 collaborators and delivering control environment operative and looking for continuous improvement._

**What will you be doing?**

1. Ensuring 22 services are provided ensuring correct accounting, time and internal control, as well as, compliance policies

2. Leading 28 collaborators, implementing strategies for standardization, automations and expansion, including productivity and Controls.

3. Delivering 22 services including stamp payment accountability (Compliance Mexico Requirement) that could have caused business interruptions (Lack of payments by Mexico Customers)

4. Providing coaching / mentoring to the team.

5. Delivering KPI's, Executive Reports as support of decisition making for countries that we provide our services.

6. Support Sr. Manager to drive People Strategy and Core People Processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related majors.
- Experience -3 yrs working in Accounting possitions
- English - 60% (reading, writing and conversational).
- Experience in audit/compliance roles recommended.
- ERP systems knowledge. SAP is preferred but not required.
- Functional excellence in accounting, accounts receivable, taxes and treasury.
- Excellent communications skills and teamwork.
- Design thinking Oriented.
- Automation & Service Excellence Oriented.
