Ayvens Mexico está en búsqueda de un Inplant Fleet Specialist en Monterrey, Nuevo León.

**Job Summary**

**Perfil estratégico con experiência en gestión de flotas y autonomía para gestionar procesos de mediana complejidad, toma de**decisiones.**:
**Servir como enlace on-site entre Ayvens y el cliente, garantizando el buen funcionamiento diario, la gestión eficiente de los vehículos y el cumplimiento constante de los acuerdos de nível de servicio.**:
**Main Responsibilities**

**Administrativas**:

- Carga y actualización de datos de flota y conductores.
- Administración de expedientes, contratos comodato, control documental.
- Soporte operativo al FM del cliente

**Escalamiento**:

- Punto de contacto principal para conductores
- Escalamiento de quejas y solución de problemas
- Capacitaciones para nuevos usuarios

**Estrategia y Análisis**:

- As esoramiento en la implementación y creación de políticas de flota y mantenimiento
- Análisis y monitoreo de KPIs, reportes de costos e infracciones

**Mantenimiento**:

- Seguimiento a citas, estatus de los casos y avances en validación de servicios.
- Aprobación de mantenimientos (de acuerdo a la política y tope definido previamente con el cliente).

**Gestoría**:

- Seguimiento a trámites de gestoría
- Coordinación logística de documentos
- Control de vencimiento y renovación de documentos de los autos

**Entregas**:

- Recepción y entrega de unidades
- Reasignación de unidades por préstamo o promociones
- Control de inventario (renovaciones, vencimientos)

**Otros**:

- Seguimiento a casos de terminación de unidades y siniestros
- Entrega de tarjetas de combustible
- Reportes de control relacionados con la flota activa

**Requirements**:

- Licenciatura en (LAE), Finanzas, Ingeniería, Marketing o un campo afín.
- Más de 2 años en soporte comercial, atención al cliente o administración en la industria automotriz o gestión de flotas.
- Experiência en la gestión de documentación contractual y procesos operativos de leasing.
