We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects using Workday PM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the execution of Workday HCM and Workday (HCM) Recruitment modules to optimize HR processes.
- Provide expertise in Workday configurations and customizations to meet specific business needs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management

**Preferred experience**:

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
- Experience in COTS Products (LS Sales & Marketing) and Sales & Marketing is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.
- Advanced level of English is a Must
