Definir la estrategia operativa y vincularla con la comercial con el objetivo de garantizar la presencia de Nestlé Cerca de ti en los puntos de venta del canal de detalle, acelerando la disponibilidad y visibilidad de nuestras marcas.

Acompañamiento con su equipo de ventas en campo para poder apoyarlos en negociaciones, brindar feedback y trabajar en las áreas de mejora.

Capacidad de análisis de indicadores financieros y de venta, análisis de tendencia, comportamiento de clientes y territorios.

Lograr los resultados a través de la gestión del personal a su cargo. Acompañar y direccionar a su equipo para alcanzar metas establecidas

Co-Crea con el Equipo de Call Center e Inteligencia Comercial la estrategia de ventas y operaciones que garantice el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta y operativos a nível Nacional y Territorial.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- ** Años de experiência necesarios para la posición**: 2 a 3 años de experiência en área comercial, de preferencia en el canal a detalle.
- Amplio dominio de Excel intermedio - avanzado
- Capacidad Analítica
- Resolución de problemas
- Capacidad de Insight
- Hab. De Negociación.
- Que haya tenido gente a su cargo
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- **Carrera: Ing. industrial, Negocios, Lic. Administración, Económicos/administrativas o a fines concluida.**:
