**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Video and Audio Editing**:

- Edit digital video and audio using non-linear editing platforms like Adobe Premiere.
- Incorporate motion graphics into video post-production.

**Asset Management**:

- Manage and maintain source material, projects, and other assets.

**Publication**:

- Publish/upload final videos to appropriate channels such as client websites or YouTube.

**Collaborating with Clients**:

- Engaging in client-facing interactions to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and gather feedback to ensure the final deliverables meet their expectations.

**Motion Graphics**:

- Using a combination of artistic and technical skills to create visually appealing motion graphic content that aligns with the client's brand and messaging objectives.
- Incorporating client feedback into the design process, making necessary adjustments, and presenting revised concepts for approval.
- Proficiency in motion graphic software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
- Have proficiency in Motion Graphics/Motion Array.

**Quality assurance**:

- Ensuring that the final motion graphic deliverables meet industry standards, client specifications, and are free from errors or discrepancies.

**Communication and presentation**:

- Clearly articulating design concepts and strategy to clients, pitching ideas, and providing rationale for design decisions in a client-facing manner.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics design, animation, and visual effects.
- Expertise in various editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in advertising, promotion, and social media.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual communication.
- Expertise in color grading, audio editing, and incorporating visual effects.
- Understanding of storyboarding, pacing, and narrative structure.
- Ability to bring creative visions to life in a compelling manner.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with American/foreign partners.
- Critical thinker and team player.
- Experience working on video games, especially AAA titles, is a plus.
- Willingness to work during US hours.
