**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Connect Walmart strategy with PepsiCo’s $1B Dream priorities to achieve sustainable growth in short, mid and long term through JBP Targets with Walmart.
a) Execute Quaker commercial strategy, portfolio, initiatives
b) Implement the D&A strategy for Quaker Walmart
c) Manage P&L and E2E alignment for Foods Quaker business with Walmart

**Your Impact**

1. Responsible for delivering PMF financial algorithm vs. AOP.
2. Develop and deliver JBP Targets established WM
3. Align WM and PepsiCo wiring to deliver customers strategic agenda
4. Continually seek opportunities to reach and exceed business targets, through market understanding, competition, consumer needs, prices, sales, profitability, customer requirements and strategies.
5. Outstanding collaboration with execution teams to assure strategy deployment at POS and adequate inventory levels to fulfill their needs.
6. Budget Management (P&L - D&A, A&M)
7. Assure FCST Accuracy alignment and Fill Rate improvement
8. Advantage survey results

Qualifications:

1. Strong Negotiation Skills
2. Outstanding leadership capabilities
3. Strong drive to get things done fast
4. Strong Financial capabilities (knowledge of P&L)
5. Omnichannel knowledge
6. Fluent in English
7. Previous experience in Comm. Strategy, Sales Execution or KAM.
8. Preferred careers: Marketing, engineering, finance.
