**Role** **Summary**:
Generate savings with the implementation of Operational and ExcellenceProjects ,CI projects according with the established objectives

Work with continuous improvement process Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen Events, Best Practice, Just Do It, 6S, etc.) projects that support the facility continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Disseminate and actuponrelevantindustry and corporate benchmarking data
- Ensurethatbenefitsrelated to CI initiativse are calculatedaccording to corporate standards and are ultimatelyachievedwithintargeted time span
- Ensurethatplannedimprovements are implemented, measured, driven to closure and crossed to operatingresults

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 yearsofexperience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Beltor LEAN Certified
- 7 Quality Tool Practitioner (fishbone, 5 Why’s/ Ishikawa, Histograms, Control Charts, Pareto Analysis, ScatterDiagrams and Stratification)
- Able to workwith/acrossallfunctionalareas and alllevelsofthe business
- Excellent verbal, written and facilitationcommunication skills
- HighlyProficient in the use of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
