Our Senior Pricing Analyst role is brand new and is designed for someone who has direct pricing and revenue management experience in either travel, hospitality, restaurants, or other consumer experiences.
We’re looking for an energetic, data-driven Senior Pricing Analyst who has strong pricing or revenue management experience that relates to vacation rentals or car rentals. Our Senior Analyst will be someone who knows how to price consumer products and is able to balance supply vs demand and build business cases, seeking to always improve revenue.
No 2 days will be the same, this is a role for you to take your recent pricing experience of at least 2 years and to work across teams driving revenue forward. This includes
Daily pricing of vacation rentals
Weekly pricing of car rentals and expanding our car rental business
Managing the operation of our car rentals business
Developing a revenue plan each month and reacting to market conditions to exceed the monthly revenue plan
Researching and executing new tactical pricing initiatives
Driving the revenue of multiple consumer-facing products and researching then executing on new products to surprise and delight our guests

What we want you to have
Fantastic, direct pricing experience that is relevant to hotels, vacation rentals
Be a go-getter - we are full of energy
Be comfortable working without a road map or manual
Leading by example - always going the extra mile to find the money
Great excel, reporting, and analytical skills
Min 2 years of pricing experience, ideally 4 to 5
A degree in business, international business, or finance is ideal but not required
A desire to work in a growing company, comfortable working in a busy office
Someone who wants a career, not a job, we want to grow you to be the best you can be
You'll need both English and Spanish language skills
What will help you get an interview
