ISP English Teacher Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach visual arts classes for different elementary grade levels, based on official programs and group needs.
- Design creative activities that promote fine motor skills, observation, imagination, and personal expression.
- Encourage knowledge and appreciation of various artistic techniques, materials, and styles.
- Foster both individual and group work through artistic projects.
- Assess students’ performance and progress in the visual arts area.
- Prepare exhibitions and school events to showcase students’ work.
- Maintain ongoing and effective communication with parents and other teachers regarding students’ artistic development.
- Safeguard and organize the materials and equipment assigned to the arts area.
- Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and institutional activities.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
