**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- 100% presencial en Planta Armadora Volkswagen, Puebla
- Manejo de Outlook
- Atención de usuarios
- Resolución de incidencias en equipo de computo
- Conocimiento en Microsoft teams
- Razonamiento analítico
- Conocimiento en office 365.
- Conocimientos en proyección de pantalla
- Habilidad para brindar soporte a usuarios de alto nível VIP
- Alto sentido de urgencia
- Comunicación efectiva

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Educación relacionada a IT (Puede ser a nível medio superior)
- Conocimientos en ITIL Foundation (deseable no obligatorio)
- Experiência en el manejo operativo de activos, inventarios o almacenes
- 1 años o más de experiência profesional.
- Conocimiento técnico en HW (deseable)
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de Tickets
- Excelente atención a clientes/usuarios
