Support VA/VE & Sustaining tasks and activities such a workshops and productivity projects as an integral part of manufacturing, quality, product management, ORT and project engineers. Follow up and support evaluating existing product issues related to design such as manufacturing/quality deficiencies and performance issues. Support on improvement of current designs by reducing cost, improving producibility, quality, testability, increasing robustness and improving reliability. Support VAVE workshops, facilitate brain storming sessions & support workshop report generation on the identified product lines. Follow up Engineering Changes, qualifying and implementing changes. Support product portfolio and identify opportunities for cost reduction and manufacturing standardization. Responsible on collecting samples and production data to support active productivity projects. Responsible on the process of shipment and receiving samples/parts/locks interlocation, and from/to supplier. Support and follow up on reliability testings for current production & VA/VE

Experiência y requisitos

High School degree General knowledge of Mechanics/Industrial/Mechatronics/Electromechanics Windchill, Creo 7.0 (desired) Oracle, CAD modeling
