- Develop and implement new financial reporting and dashboarding solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Utilize SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and other tools to design interactive dashboards and reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports through rigorous testing
- Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in financial reporting
- Train and support users in accessing and interpreting reports
- Integrate reporting solutions with existing systems and processes
- Continuously evaluate and refine reporting processes for efficiency

**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or related role.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software like SAP.
- Dashboarding Experience, preferably SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- Experience in an international maquila or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Willingness to regularly travel to the US headquarters.
