As we scale our thought leadership and market presence, we're looking for a detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to grow our executive voice and manage our content operations.

Position Overview

We're looking for an execution-focused digital professional to manage and coordinate content distribution across multiple channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn growth, podcast operations, and webinar promotion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on consistent content execution, understands B2B social dynamics, and can maintain an authentic executive voice in the healthcare technology space.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Campaign Management
- Manage daily LinkedIn outreach
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts and newsletters
- Write and distribute webinar promotion content
- Monitor engagement and optimize posting strategies based on performance

Podcast Operations
- Schedule podcast recordings via Riverside
- Process audio through Adobe Enhance for quality improvement
- Write compelling episode titles and descriptions (with review/approval process)
- Coordinate podcast promotion across social channels

Webinar & Event Support
- Execute LinkedIn invitation campaigns for monthly webinars
- Create and schedule promotional posts across social platforms
- Support virtual event logistics and attendee communications
- Track registration metrics and engagement

General Content Support
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms
- Maintain content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedule

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or executive virtual assistance
- Proven LinkedIn expertise
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple content streams
- Proficiency with scheduling tools
- Self-directed work style with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or B2B services marketing
- Familiarity with AI/technology messaging and positioning
- Previous experience managing executive social media presence
- Experience with podcast platforms
