As a**Marketing Communications Assistant**, you’ll learn about how we do business and gain broad exposure to the B2B marketing communication field promoting an interesting and diverse brand in the AEC industry.



.**A Typical Day Might Include**:
**Collaboration**
- Working with other marketing team members as well as multiple contributors and approvers throughout the company each day—making project management and organizational skills critical.
- Interacting with staff at all levels of the organization, including but not limited to, executive and senior leadership, business development staff, project managers, and discipline leads to advance projects forward.

**Company Store**
- Supporting requests for branded merchandise for employees to purchase, including choosing items and working with vendors.
- Talking with other employees to gather feedback on store items to update and manage inventory.
- This also includes helping with special orders for teams and company-wide events.

**Trade Show Support**
- Working across the company to document all trade shows, determine needs, coordinating collateral and promo items, managing timelines, and more.
- You’ll be the point person to help us streamline and maximize efficiency for our presence. You will own and drive the process, while achieving buy-in from stakeholders.

**Team Support**
- Proactively working with the Marketing Communication team to provide support in areas such as public relations, external communication, internal communication, design, social media, and much more.

**Website**
- Assist with external website with proactive updates for existing pages as well as development of landing pages for promotional campaigns.




**What You Will Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, visual communications, or a related field.
- Project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- ** Software**:
- **
Microsoft Office tools**. Intermediate. Ability to easily navigate Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs.
- ** Adobe InDesign.**Beginner to intermediate preferred. Involves layout of documents using templates with the ability to follow graphic standards.
- ** Photoshop.**Intermediate. Editing images and creating content for the website or social media combining stock or employee photography and text.
- Basic understanding of the WordPress platform or experience editing websites using other platforms (Desirable)
- With one to three (1 - 3 ) years of related practical experience with former employers
- ** Advanced English level - This position reports directly to USA**




**Offices located in León, Guanajuato (It is a must require to be located in León, Gto. when applying)**
