**El Asesor Previsional es un puesto responsable de asesorar de manera integral a sus clientes y prospectos y ofrecerles alternativas de acuerdo con sus necesidades, debe cumplir con los objetivos de asesoría de productos y servicios financieros dentro de su distrito o ubicación asignados en coordinación con el equipo de asesores al consumidor más amplio.**

**Prospección y búsqueda de clientes**
**Programación de citas a través de telemarketing**
**Asesoría personalizada a clientes identificando sus necesidades**
**Seguimiento y cierre de venta**
**Abordar a clientes objetivo a través de una propuesta de valor**
**Visitas a centros laborales**
**Desarrollar estrategias para el alcance de metas**
**Lograr o superar los objetivos del puesto y de la Empresa**

**Requisitos**:
**Bachillerato concluido comprobable deseable 1 año de experiência en venta consultiva, deseable productos financieros.**
**Deseable Recién Egresados de Licenciatura en áreas económico/administrativas sin experiência con interés en la promoción de Productos Financieros en campo**
**Necesario, manejo de tecnología Digital(Smartphone, Tabletas etc.)**
