**Role Summary**
Verification of parts according to the control guideline and its characteristics.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Verification of parts according to the control guideline and its characteristics.
- Correctly use personal protective equipment for each activity you perform.
- Necessary adjustments and verification of parameters for machine productivity along with good part quality.
- Know and use SAP to create notifications for different maintenance.
- TPM Auto maintenance and installation check list.
- Carry out machine preparations with documentation and supplies at the machine.
- Correctly operate the E-Coat system with TTX equipment
- Check the raw material that enters the line, checking for possible bumps or dirt, marks, rust or defects that affect the painting process.
- Check the proper placement of the raw material racks on the line using the forklift drivers.
- In addition, you must assume responsibility for the production assigned to the line and the care of the measuring instruments on the line.
- Daily measurement of phosphate deposit and crystal size.
- Take care of resources in the process and avoid waste to be competitive in cost.
- Self-control of one's own emotions and conflict and stress reactions.
- Be able to efficiently communicate your concerns to the process.
- Carry out chemical control of all stages of the process according to document R-260-PR/R-251-PR
- Be aware of the line to avoid stoppages that affect the quality of the parts in process. Keep statistical process control charts updated.

**Education**
Bachelor or technical on chemical area.
- **Work Experience**
- Experience in automotive industry preferably
