**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to manage the recruitment and selection process for our **call center** operations. This role focuses on conducting interviews, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance, and aligning talent strategies with business needs. The TA Specialist will play a key role in building strong relationships, maintaining hiring standards, and promoting our company as a top employer in the call center industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging sourcing platforms to optimize recruitment strategies for the call center.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track and report recruitment metrics, including **Delivery & Graduation Rates**, to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- **Employer Branding**: Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the call center industry.
- **Diversity & Inclusion**: Promote diversity and inclusivity throughout the hiring process.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in **call center recruitment** or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage interview scheduling and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
