**MASTER PLANNER - SUPPLY CHAIN - BILINGUAL**

An important global company in the electricity sector, which offers cutting-edge solutions and technological innovation in transmission and distribution of electrical energy, lighting and connectivity.

**Objective of the position**

Professional who is responsible for the timely supply of raw materials and finished products, maintaining a balanced inventory level and a service level above 95%.

You will need to ensure that your commitments to customers are successfully met. This position will work directly with Customer Service, Purchasing, Production and other groups to achieve goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and manage the Production Plan/ Master Production Schedule
- Demand planning and purchase of materials.
- Production and raw material planning.
- Interaction with the Purchasing area for the acquisition of raw materials from national and foreign suppliers
- Information about delivery times to Customer Service.
- Alignment of dates of arrival of materials in the system.
- Analysis and problem solving.

**Knowledges**
- Personnel management: in charge of 3 Planners and 3 Auxiliary
- KPIs management (On time delivery - OTD, past due, lines on overdue, stock out, inventory value)
- Project Development
- Warehouse management (ABC, safety stock, maximums, minimums, reorder point).
- Know how to make calculations, not depend on Excel to make calculations. Calculation of the planning core.
- Lean Manufacturing (continuous use, not just theory)
- S&OP (continuous use, not just theory)
- Line balancing (installed capacity vs. used capacity, overtime)
- Statistics and forecasts (customer demand vs. capacity)
- It´s a plus to know about: metalworking processes, aluminum casting, machining, pressing

**Requirements**:

- Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Electrical, Electromechanical or equivalent - **Degree**:

- ** Language: Advanced and technical English (essential) - Conversations (oral and written). Constant contact with people in the United States**.
- Experience: 4 years in a manufacturing company in a similar position in Supply Chain and/or Production Planning. (Preferably automotive, electrical or metalworking industry)
- Soft skills: Teamwork, leadership, demanding, openness to change, self-motivated, results-oriented, assertive communication (oral and written), able to plan and organize, responsible, act with integrity.
