**What you will enjoy doing**:**
**Funciones**:

- Proveer los requerimientos solicitados por el área de ventas.
- Recibir y analizar la solicitud del proyecto.
- Definir todos los recursos e insumos necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto.
- Elaborar el Project plan.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad de la documentación y bitácora de los proyectos en el sistema PDS.
- Organizar la reunión de arranque del proyecto con todos los involucrados.
- Solicitar, evaluar y retroalimentar nuevos diseños y cambios al diseño de acuerdo al proyecto.
- Especificar y ordenar el molde y los respectivos accesorios.
- Especificar y coordinar las actividades para el muestreo y la calificación del molde.
- Analizar los resultados de los muestreos y de la calificación del molde y coordinar acciones correctivas

en caso necesario.
- Obtener la aprobación del cliente y entregar el proyecto con todos los documentos necesarios a la planta.
- Definir los requerimientos técnicos para el correcto desempeño en la línea del cliente
- Definir los requerimientos técnicos para el correcto desempeño mecánico del producto

terminado del cliente
- Coordinar las actividades de calificación en la línea del cliente (Prueba Piloto y Prueba Industrial)
- Monitorear el desempeño y coordinar acciones correctivas en caso necesario.
- Cumplir con el presupuesto de los proyectos asignados de acuerdo a lo planeado.
- Brindar soporte técnico al cliente externo e interno durante el desarrollo de nuevos

productos y productos existentes; incluyendo propuestas de mejora.
- Cumplir con los Proyectos de Mejora Continua.
- Cumplir con el Sistema de Gestión Integrado.
- Cumplir con las Políticas Corporativas y Regionales.

**Requisitos**:

- **
Escolaridad**: Ingeniería industrial, mecánica, plásticos y/o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en área similar y en empresas de manufactura.
- Conocimientos técnicos en Gestión de Proyectos
- Ingles avanzado y fluido (necesario)

Horarios de trabajo: De Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 a 5:30

Zona de trabajo: Exportec 1 Toluca
