What you’ll do:

- L1/L2 ticket triaging - raising tickets in system, following up with owners and escalating as needed
- Basic background of Azure Data Services (ADF/Databricks/Synapse/PBI) - understand the overall data flow to able to raise right tickets for access, data issues, data quality. Not a developer but just overall know how the solution and support ticket triaging
- Coverage from 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST
