The Associate Product Manager (APM) plays a vital role in driving operational excellence and accelerating innovation across the Student Financial Services (SFS) product ecosystem — including Scholarship Universe, Campus Communicator, Raise Me, Virtual Advisor, and more.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated professional who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and product. The APM primarily focuses on scholarship database management, scholarship vetting, and student feedback analysis, while also contributing to broader initiatives that enhance financial aid automation, communication workflows, and student engagement strategies across the SFS portfolio.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team shaping the future of how students connect with and manage their financial aid experience — ensuring Ellucian’s solutions deliver a seamless, student-centered, and high-impact experience at scale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role offering full immersion into the product lifecycle and direct exposure to Ellucian’s enterprise product operations.
**Where You Will Make an Impact**
- Maintain and optimize the Scholarship Universe database to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across the product line.
- Review and vet scholarship submissions to confirm legitimacy and adherence to eligibility and compliance standards.
- Analyze and synthesize student feedback to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous product and process improvements.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver efficient workflows, manage testing cycles, and support seamless product releases.
- Contribute to cross-product initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and alignment across the full SFS portfolio.
