The Senior Sourcing Manager will direct planning and execution for multiple projects, initiatives and assessments related to the strategic sourcing area. This person will work directly with Business Development, VP of Implementation, Operations Excellence, Client Engagement and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered and executed at the required strategic level in a way that ensures high quality, accuracy, competitive pricing and strategic vision.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and develop a high volume of solution proposals for multiple projects
- Perform procurement and project management for projects, with an understanding of the client’s objectives
- Manage communication channels to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee specifications for the account to ensure all client requirements, quality expectation, availability, and delivery dates are clear
- Supervise requests for bid specifications and sending bids to selected vendors
- Delegate to proper Sourcing Managers activities related to pricing and market assessments and also consolidating all collected data in a central analysis file.
- Ensure that savings targets are being hit
- Investigate potential suppliers and make recommendations based on manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and schedule availability
- Assign and prioritize projects, set goals and timelines, and communicate progress to internal management
- Handle disputes with suppliers and partner with our Supplier Relations team
- Manage ongoing reviews of existing accounts to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner, as a single point of contact, with the VP of Implementation to understand the ongoing priorities of the department
- Support the Strategic Sourcing Director and Chief Procurement Officer with a senior management of global initiatives, reporting on going status and guaranteeing project management and execution.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 7+ years of sourcing and purchasing experience, either in the commercial print industry or with promotional projects and materials
- Strong leadership and direct client interfacing experience
- Strong experience negotiating job costs and schedules with suppliers
- Independent thinking, strong organization, and planning abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially with Excel
- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
