The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst supports the business functions by providing master data expertise for business projects and day to day duties related to Materials Master data activities. The analyst will support daily operation for Materials Master File activities for all those Subsidiaries migrated to the CBS.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform and ensure a flawless migration of North America Amazon activities to the CBS.
- Key point of contact with the Business for the day to day activities and consultancy regarding Materials Master File
- Provide the Business with the best in class service achieving and ensuring SLA compliance
- Develop and implement actions for continuous improvement
- Support special Business projects where it is required MDM participation for data readiness on the Materials Master File
- Monitor process of projects to ensure key milestone compliance
- Provide consultancy, training and support in issues resolution
- Support audit processes: internal, corporate and SOX.
**3 Key Relationships**:
- End-users of MDM solutions from subsidiaries within the functional scope of responsibility.
- CBS MDM Manager.
- SC, Sales, FI, CS&L, Marketing, Operations Network Leads, Procurement and any other area requiring support regarding Materials Master File maintenance.
**What do you need for the position?**
- Bachelor degree minimum
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of SAP
- Google Suite
- 1 years’ experience working on databases management
