Job Responsibilities: -Management for the NOM 035 STPS -Management and report for the psychologic attention. -Creation of psychological first aid brigade integrated by all areas of the site. -Creation of the annual plan to improve the results of the NOM 035 (psychosocial risk factors, organizational climate, workplace violence etc.) -Leadership of the violence and workplace harassment committee. -Provide training in order to prevent mental disorders (induction, monthly etc.) -Support the Doctor on control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health employees. -Provides psychologic attention services to employees who are feeling ill or have suffer accidents in the Company or events. -Follow up psychologist campaigns.

Experiência y requisitos

Basic Qualifications: -Clinical Psychologist degree. -2-5 years of related experience. -Knowledge of NOM 035 -Knowledge of organizational psychology -Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
