En su posición de Maintenance Associate (Agente de Atencion Directa) debe asegurar el mantenimiento de las unidades de sus clientes asignados desde la planeación hasta la conclusión de los servicios incluyendo los reportes que se deben generar al cliente sobre el desempeño de su flota en términos de mantenimiento. Responsable a la cuenta y se brinda seguimiento puntual a cada unidad desde el ingreso, trabajos de unidad y entrega de la unidad, así como la programación de mantenimientos por tiempo y o por kilometraje recorrido.
- El agente de atención directa será responsable de generar la propuesta de mantenimientos preventivos basados en kilometraje y o tiempo lo que ocurra primero respaldado por los periodos indicados por cada marca.
- Responsable de confirmar los ingresos de las unidades al proveedor, así como de abrir las ordenes de servicio C&R´s para la autorización de los servicios requeridos, adicional debe mantener informado al usuario en todo momento del estatus de la unidad.
- Emitir autorizaciones para reparaciones válidas para administrar los costos de reparación del mantenimiento del vehículo del cliente y garantizar que el tiempo de inactividad del vehículo se mantenga al mínimo.
- Revisión de autorizaciones y aprobación de servicios a los proveedores (agencias, talleres y llanteras).
- Brindar la mejor opción de costo y tiempo de reparación al cliente, facilitando la toma de decisión, con el fin de mantener sus unidades en óptimas condiciones de operación.
- Negociar los precios de reparación y revisa la solicitud de cumplimiento de la Política del cliente y los Procedimientos operativos estándar de Element. Análisis proactivo de los gastos de reparación para apoyar al cliente en la toma de decisiones.
- Mantener comunicación con clientes para identificar oportunidades y brindar recomendaciones a los administradores de flotilla.
- Ingeniería Mecánica Automotriz, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Industrial.
- Técnico Automotriz, Asesor de servicio de agencias automotrices.
- Deseable tres años de experiência en cualquier compañía automotriz (agencia, arrendadora) o como administrador de flotilla (mantenimiento) en alguna empresa.
- Dos años de experiência en áreas relacionadas con atención al cliente como asesor de mantenimiento en agencia automotriz, taller o llantera.
- Experiência y alto enfoque a Customer Service en empresas con servicio de Atencion Directa o similar
- Ingles 50%
